Personal data we obtain
IIf you use our services, you provide us with your personal data in order to be able to provide you with these services. This can be done, for example, during a conversation, via our website, by email, by telephone, via Zoom or in another way. It is also possible that we obtain your personal data from third parties in the context of a third party (for example an employer) offering you a service from us.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at info@coachforconsciousliving.com, then we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Conscious Living processes your personal data for the following purposes:
• Management of the relationship file for the purpose of sending e-mails and/or newsletters with news, information and/or offers
• To be able to call, speak to, e-mail you, participate in a Zoom meeting or similar forms of communication, in order to be able to perform our services (for example, a personal consultation) properly and efficiently and to maintain contact
• Informing you about changes to our services and products
• Administrative handling of services such as sending invoices
• Conscious Living also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

Our general retention period for all stored data is a maximum of 5 years, unless the legal retention period requires data to be kept longer, such as for the tax authorities.

Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
